30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Full Refund Eligibility:

  • If your container arrives damaged, defective, or doesn’t match the description, you may request a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned container.

🚛 Return Requirements:

  • The container must be unmodified, undamaged (beyond initial defects), and in resalable condition.

  • Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Custom-modified containers (cut doors, windows, insulation, etc.).

  • Containers damaged due to improper handling after delivery.

  • Orders beyond the 30-day return window (exceptions may apply—contact us).


How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide your order number, photos of the issue, and reason for return.

  3. We’ll email you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed.


Warranty Information

All containers come with a 1-year structural warranty against major defects (e.g., rust compromising integrity). Contact us for warranty claims.
